Our RIM partner molds plastic products utilizing Reaction Injection Molding.

RIM advantages include low unit cost, low-cost aluminum machine molds, low mold change costs, ease of design and tooling can be produced in as little as a month.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE

RIM – Reaction Injection Molding – is a process in which two or more liquid intermediates (Isocyanate & a Polyol) are metered separately to a mixing head where they are combined by high pressure impingement mixing. This mix subsequently flows into a mold where it polymerizes to form a molded part.
